Your Housing Support Officer will:

Develop a Personalised Support Plan: Create a tailored plan that outlines the steps needed to meet your needs and goals.
Coordinate Ongoing Support: Provide direct assistance or connect you with trusted services for comprehensive care.
Monitor Your Progress: Regularly review your journey together, making adjustments as needed.
Keep Clear, Transparent Records: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure you always have access to your information.

Essential Living Support
At Lake Housing, we understand that building a new life takes more than just having a roof over your head—it’s about having the essentials that make a home feel safe, welcoming, and complete.
That’s why we offer food vouchers and essentials to all resettled tenants. Each pack includes essential items for cooking, cleaning, and personal care—ensuring every home starts off comfortable and functional.
But our support doesn’t stop there.
We believe access to nutritious food is a basic right. Through our Food Support network, we provide a fully stocked pantry to help ease food insecurity and reduce the stress of starting over. This allows our tenants to focus on rebuilding their lives with peace of mind.
We also recognize the importance of hygiene and personal care in maintaining dignity and wellbeing. For those who need it, we supply essential toiletries and baby care products—ensuring no one goes without the basics.
